By accessing or using Vintara (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
Vintara is an online marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of second-hand clothing and fashion items in Egypt. The Platform facilitates transactions between users but is not a party to any sale agreement.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Listings and Sales
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. All items must be described honestly. Vintara reserves the right to remove listings that violate our policies.
5. Payments and Fees
Payments are processed through available payment methods on the Platform. Vintara charges a service fee on transactions as disclosed during checkout.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not list counterfeit items, engage in fraud, harass other users, or use the Platform for any illegal purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
Vintara is not liable for disputes between buyers and sellers, nor for the quality, safety, or legality of listed items.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
